SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Order Confirmation

Upon placing an online order with Luxairy Vents™, customers will receive an automated confirmation email containing order details and tracking capabilities. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days following payment confirmation. A separate shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once the carrier has collected the package.

Shipping Hours

Orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping Coverage

Luxairy Vents™ provides domestic shipping services throughout the United States for all standard products. International shipping is available exclusively for custom orders under separate terms and conditions. All shipments are fulfilled from our authorized distribution centers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Custom Orders

International shipping is available exclusively for custom orders. Additional documentation, including but not limited to customs declarations and commercial invoices, may be required.

Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with their shipment. These charges are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs paid to Luxairy Vents™.

DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

Delivery Inspection

Recipients must inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to the carrier. Concealed damage must be reported within 10 business days of delivery.

Signature Requirements

Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries valued over $500. Commercial deliveries require signature regardless of value. Customers may authorize delivery without signature at their own risk.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

Damage Reporting

Customers must report shipping damage within 10 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for refund or replacement. All damage claims must include:

  • Detailed description of damage
  • Clear photographs documenting the damage
  • Order number and delivery date
  • Original packaging for inspection if requested
Defective Products

Products that arrive in defective condition will be replaced at no additional cost if reported within the specified timeframe. Defect claims must be submitted to info@luxairyvents.com with complete documentation including:

  • Description of the defect
  • Photographs clearly showing the issue
  • Product serial number or identification
  • Original order information
Claim Review Process

Our quality assurance team will review all damage and defect claims within 3 business days. Approved claims will receive return shipping instructions or replacement authorization as appropriate.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Address Verification

All shipping addresses must be verified and complete. Luxairy Vents™ reserves the right to cancel orders with unconfirmed or incorrect addresses.

Restricted Locations

Certain locations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or local regulations. Additional charges may apply for remote or limited-access locations.

SHIPPING COSTS AND INSURANCE

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping costs are calculated based on order value, weight, and destination. All shipments include basic insurance coverage up to the purchase value.

Additional Insurance

Additional insurance coverage is available for purchase. Premium shipping options including overnight and priority services are available at additional cost.

Updates

Luxairy Vents™ reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The current version of this policy will be maintained on our website.

Policy Coverage

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through authorized Luxairy Vents™ sales channels. Separate shipping terms may apply for commercial accounts or volume purchases.
