Luxairy Vents™ ("Luxairy Vents," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides premium architectural ventilation and access solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including our AccessPro, CliqueElite, SilhouEase, and BreezeLux product lines. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. SECTION 1 - PRODUCT LINES AND SPECIFICATIONS

1.1 Product Authentication
All Luxairy Vents™ products incorporate distinctive design elements and materials that authenticate their origin. Our products are manufactured using premium-grade Satin Coat Galvanized Steel frames, Triple Fibre Reinforced Cement Board panels, and our proprietary magnetic closure systems. These materials and design elements are integral to the performance and authenticity of our products.

1.2 Product Lines
Our product offerings encompass the AccessPro Panel Series, CliqueElite Removable Air Return Vents, SilhouEase Exhaust Fan and Air Return Covers, and BreezeLux Removable Air Supply Vents. Each product line has been engineered with specific installation requirements and use specifications that must be strictly adhered to in order to maintain warranty coverage and ensure optimal performance.

1.3 Custom Orders
Custom orders are defined as any modification to our standard product specifications. Such orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, and require written approval of specifications before production commences. Custom orders may be subject to extended lead times and additional fees. The terms governing custom orders shall be separately agreed upon in writing prior to order acceptance.

SECTION 2 - INSTALLATION AND PROFESSIONAL USE

2.1 Installation Requirements
Professional installation is strongly recommended for all Luxairy Vents™ products. Improper installation may void product warranty, compromise product performance, create safety hazards, or affect aesthetic appearance. 2.2 Contractor and Professional Guidelines
Professional contractors must adhere to all provided installation instructions and utilize specified tools and methods. Contractors are required to maintain proper licensing and insurance as required by applicable law, and must comply with all local building codes and regulations. Large-scale installations must be registered with Luxairy Vents™ prior to commencement of work.

2.3 Material Specifications
Our products are specifically engineered for use with 1/2" and 5/8" drywall applications in standard residential and commercial construction. Products are designed for use in climate-controlled indoor environments and must be installed in accordance with our specifications to maintain warranty coverage.

SECTION 3 - ORDERING AND ACCOUNT TERMS

3.1 Account Requirements
To establish an account and place orders with Luxairy Vents™, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate and complete account information, including contact details, shipping addresses, and payment information. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

3.2 Order Acceptance
Luxairy Vents™ reserves the right to limit or refuse orders at our sole discretion. We may verify order information, including shipping and billing details, prior to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances as determined by our internal policies. We may restrict shipping to certain destinations and implement minimum order quantities for specific items. 3.3 Pricing and Payment
All prices are denominated in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment in full is required at the time of order placement unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and maintain separate programs for approved commercial accounts. Volume pricing may be available for qualified buyers subject to separate written agreement. All payments must be made through our authorized payment systems.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping Terms
Order processing typically occurs within one to two business days following payment confirmation. Standard shipping is limited to addresses within the United States, while international shipping is available exclusively for custom orders subject to separate terms. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping or special handling requirements. Local pickup options are available at designated locations subject to our pickup policies and procedures.

4.2 Delivery Requirements
Recipients are required to inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival and document any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Any shipping damage must be reported to Luxairy Vents™ within 48 hours of delivery. Recipients must provide a safe and accessible delivery location suitable for the products being delivered. For large or commercial deliveries, the recipient or authorized representative must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and accept the shipment.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Trademark and Design Rights
Luxairy Vents™ retains exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights related to our products, including but not limited to product designs, specifications, manufacturing processes, brand names, logos, marketing materials, images, website content, and design elements. Users are strictly prohibited from copying or reproducing our designs, modifying our products without explicit written authorization, using our trademarks without permission, reverse engineering our products, or creating unauthorized derivative works. SECTION 6 - WARRANTY AND RETURNS

6.1 Limited Warranty
Luxairy Vents™ products are warranted against manufacturing defects, material failures under normal use conditions, finish deterioration, magnetic system failures, and structural integrity issues when installed and maintained according to our specifications. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or consequential damages. 6.2 Return Policy
Stock items may be returned within 60 days of purchase, provided they remain in original, unopened condition with all original packaging intact. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders, including any products that have been modified, painted, or altered from their original condition, are non-returnable. Return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any product, and all returns must comply with our return procedures as specified in our current return policy documentation.

Certain product lines may require installation by certified professionals to maintain warranty coverage. Certified installers must maintain current certification status and comply with all installation guidelines and updates.

SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
